The Secretary-General of the Movement for the Rescue of Azawad (MSA), in accordance with the rules and regulations of the movement, calls for an extraordinary meeting on 24 and 25 September in Ménaca only for members of the following structures:
political office
military coordination
Regional offices and diaspora
Representatives of the movement in the implementing agencies of the agreement
Agenda:
1- The security and humanitarian situation in the regions of Menaka and Gao.
2- Restructuring the movement to respond effectively to challenges.
3- The peace process
4- Miscellaneous
Given the importance of the agenda, everyone’s attendance is much needed.
