The Permanent Strategic Framework (CSP) informs national and international opinion that on Wednesday, September 28, 2022, his post in Amasrakad (Intahaka) in the Gao region was the victim of a disproportionate attack by the Forces Malian armies which would have been alerted by test shots of weapons of the elements of the said post.
The outcome of this attack is as follows:
- two vehicles belonging to the CSP burned;
- 4 two-wheeled vehicles carried;
- The post completely ransacked.
The CSP strongly condemns this attack which unfortunately comes at a time when hopes were born for an acceleration in the implementation of the Agreement following the last decision-making level meeting.
The Permanent Strategic Framework appeals to the CTS to deploy to the scene of the attack in order to ascertain the facts and establish responsibilities.
The CSP, while inviting the government to take actions that can help build trust and establish peace, calls for an investigation to be conducted so that all the light can be shed.
